1). C) (25 × 30 × 6 × 3) / 200 = (21 × D × 5 × 2)/400
D = 135 days

2). B)

4B = 12m = [(12M + 2M) ×6] / (2M + 12M) = (14M × 6)/14M = 6 days

4). B) (25 × 30 × 6 × 3) / (200 × 10 × 20) = (30× D × 5 × 2) / (400 × 2 0× 10)
D = 90 days

5). B) Work done by pipe B in 1 hours
Let capacity of tank = x liter
Pipe B can fill it in x/300 hr
(1/12) – (300/x) = 1/12 à( 1/12) – (1/15) = 300/x
1/60 = 300/x
x = 300×60 = 18000 liters

Price = 4 : 5, Quantity = 5 : 4.4
